Suggested uses:
Great breath freshener: Place a few drops on your toothbrush before brushing to freshen breath
Excellent skin toner: Place a few drops on a cotton ball to cleanse skin morning and night
Dilute with water and spray on face as an excellent refresher
Use as an aftershave lotion to prevent shaving rash
May be used both internally and externally
 
Dosage
3 - 5 mL daily in a glass of water or non-acidic fruit or vegetable juice
Consume immediately
Best taken 20 minutes before or 2 hours after meals
