Dosage
Before taking, ensure bowels are moving at least 2 - 4 times daily
1 heaped teaspoon (5 g) 5 - 6 times daily, between meals
Add to 50 mL water or juice, shake vigorously and drink immediately
Warnings
Do not use if experiencing more than 4 bowel movements daily
Do not take when on medication as this product contains charcoal
