Dosage
Shake the tube well before opening and each use
Dilute the dose in water of room temperature prior to its administration
Take Enterosgel treatment 2 hours before or after taking oral medications, 1-2 hours before or after a meal
Adults and children over 15 years: 15 g to 22.5 g (approx. 1 tablespoon)
Children aged 7 - 14 years: 10 g (approx. 2 teaspoons)
Children aged 1 - 6 years: 5 g (approx. 1 teaspoon)
Children under 1 year: 2.5 g (approx. 1/2 teaspoon)
 
Warnings
Do not use if you are currently taking modified-release orally administered medications
Do not use if you have intestinal atony or intestinal blockage (severe constipation due to bowel obstruction)
Do not use if you have intolerance based on prior use of Enterosgel
